 Undergraduate ADMISSIONS Requirements

 


Requirements for admission and enrollment for the undergraduate level:

- Download  and fill in the application form and submit it to the Students’ Affairs department at the faculty.

1. Original copy of the General Secondary certificate + 3 Copies.

2. Computerized birth certificate + 3 Copies.

3. Candidacy card for the faculty + 3 Copies.

4. 8 recent personal photos.

5. Proof of student’s residence (electricity and gas receipts).

6. For males only:

           ·    Military Form (Version 2)

           ·    Military Form (Version 6)

      7. A copy from the National ID card.

French section:

Requirements for admission and enrollment in the French section:

 Download  and fill in the application form and submit it to the faculty

1-      Obtaining a DELF B2 certificate for those who don’t have a BAC certificate.

2-      A minimum grade of 60% in the written French language test held by the faculty in cooperation with the French Cultural Center.

3-      Students are ranked according to the degree obtained in the admission exam; given that only the highest 70 students are admitted.

 

Procedures for enrollment:

1- Go to the French section management on the third floor to fill in the registration form for the French language placement test, and bring the following documents:

- A copy of the of the General Secondary certificate or the French Baccalaureate.

- A copy of DELF B2 certificate for those who don’t have the French Baccalaureate.

- A copy from the National ID or passport.

- 3 recent personal photos.

- Paying the fees for the written French language exam at the French Cultural Center.

2- Passing the placement written exam, which is held at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science (It is a unified exam held for all French section students at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, and Faculty of Law at Cairo University and the Faculty of Commerce at Ain Shams University).

Conditions for applying for a dual degree (BA in Economics or BA in Political Science from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University):

Ø  Oral test must be passed, in addition to the previous requirements. You will be notified of the oral test dates via e-mail.
