Significant Rise in REPS Journal’s Impact Factor in Clarivate Global Database — Political Science Reaches Q1
The Review of Economics
and Political Science (REPS), the peer-reviewed academic journal
published by the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, has
achieved a notable advancement in the 2024 Journal Citation Reports (JCR) by Clarivate
Analytics.
The journal’s Impact
Factor has significantly increased from 1.7 to 2.4, highlighting its
growing international presence and commitment to research excellence.
In terms of subject
category rankings, the Political Science section of the journal made a
remarkable leap, moving from Q2 to Q1. Similarly, the Economics section
recorded substantial progress within Q2, advancing in rank
from 256 to 160.
These
developments across the world’s two leading academic databases—Clarivate and Scopus—underscore
the rising academic stature of REPS and reflect the ongoing success of
its strategic transformation into a high-impact, internationally
recognized journal that meets the highest standards of scholarly
publishing.
On
